Feminist Theology

A rejection of the patriarchal, sexist, homophobic, and other teachings in the Bible that are considered immoral by today's religious and secular ethical standards. It promotes a theology that stresses human rights, sexual enjoyment, feminine ordination, and equality. It often involves re-writing the Bible in gender-neutral terms.
