Rastafarianism

A new religious movement centred among persons of African origin in Jamaica and the US. They revere the late Emperor Selassie of Ethiopia (1892-1975), as the Elect of God and saviour of the black race. They regard black people to be the reincarnation of Israel in the Bible.
